Check in and minimal staff are located across the parking lot from the building with no lobby. The 24-hour diner serves as the "lobby". WiFi was available in The Diner but not in the building with the rooms. The woman at The Diner accommodated my unusual food need but the whole experience was not standard Wyndham.

Everything was fine but was hit with a stink of a kids locker room when we walked into our room. The internet was down the first night and no cell service to find another motel. They did not have another room to accommodate us.

Super clean and diner on site is perfect!

We really appreciate this place… the convenience just off of the road and the wonderful diner on site. This is the second time we have stayed there and we were happy both times. The amenities are relatively simple as the building/ rooms are a bit older, but super super clean. The bathroom door didn’t close and lock all the way, but it was no big deal. Building felt safe with only one locking entry. Just as the first time, the staff at the diner and hotel were fantastic!!!

Comfortable and affordable. The on-site diner was very popular with the local population, it seemed. There was no place to get away for quiet, like a lobby or library. We would visit again without reservation.

Barbara in the front desk in the diner is extremely helpful and nice. Have stayed here several times and a cheaper and more comfortable/quieter stay than alternatives in Mount Shasta. Highly recommend this hotel.
