Our stay at the hotel last weekend was a mix of great experiences and a few challenges. Let me start with the positives: the hotel offers an amazing view, and the room size was perfect—spacious and comfortable. The pool and spa are true highlights, offering a relaxing escape, and there’s a fantastic variety of restaurants to choose from, catering to different tastes. The resort itself is massive, which is both a pro and a con. On the downside, we found it difficult to navigate the property due to a lack of clear signage or information. As first-time guests, we arrived before midnight, and it was snowing, which made driving around even harder. We ended up at the back of the casino hotel by mistake and had to drag our luggage through the casino to reach the reception desk for check-in. This was inconvenient and not the best first impression. Overall, while the amenities and atmosphere were impressive, the resort could benefit from better directions, maps, or signage to help guests navigate such a large property, especially in challenging weather. With a bit more organization, this place could be truly outstanding.

I had good stay, it’s a shame that the pool closes so early and there is no hot water hot tub. The valet parking took a while, so I will not use that service again. Overall, I had a good time. It was clean and all the staff were helpful and pleasant.

Overall very nice hotel. Valet parking is complementary with your stay however it takes awhile for staff to bring the car to you. You can self park however the parking area isn’t close or convenient to do so.

we always have a nice time at Mt Airy. The rooms are large enough and the price for a Saturday night are reasonable. The indoor pool area is very nice. I would like the water to be a little more warmer in the pool.
