There was no elevator and not enough towels. Every time you went to the desk to get more towels, the person was busy, or not there.

Room was huge but the bathroom was small and the sink was in the room itself, not a fan. Breakfast was the biggest let down, everything was almost empty with no one to refill anything and we went pretty early.

This place was super clean and the staff were delightful! Very friendly and courteous and aimed at making our stay a pleasant experience. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Pool area was clean. Will definitely stay here the next time we’re traveling through.

We were traveling with a pet, so they have designated "pet rooms". I support this but when i wiped something up off the floor, my wash rag was black with dirt. Room smelled awful, I sprayed Lysol everywhere. I did ask for the floor to be mopped, which they did. Very limited breakfast items. Will not stay here again.
