Overall stay was okay. But we were gone for most of Saturday and didn’t get back to the room till midnight and our room wasn’t serviced at all, it’s just paying $275 for two nights I feel my family and I deserved to come back to a clean room.

We came in super late, but the night shift were super friendly and fast. We were checked in quick, and able to go up to our room within 2 minutes. Everything was clean, and comfortable.

The property was a little old and run down. The breakfast was the same every day except they changed from bacon to sausage every other day. The front desk lady Mariza was very friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff wasn’t very helpful. Willie, one of the cleaning staff was very friendly.

Room was bad bed so old you roiled to the middle when you lay down. AC didn’t cool and TV was hard to see because of lines running down the screen. I paid 109.00 for one night and got screwed

The young manager that night was responsible for everything that night for a whole hotel full of people with only one elevator operating. I nominate him for best manager of the summer for covering the front desk and the entire property to keep everyone happy!!! And he was very nice in spite of a very stressful night and a bad storm.

Great new hotel, bad breakfast customer service
The room was great. Bed comfy, although it did squeak. My only complaint was breakfast. The waffle mix was runny like water, and thus the waffles were slimy. I told the breakfast lady about the waffle mix and she told me it was just fine. It was disgusting! The rest of breakfast was good. I have stayed at many hotels and always get waffles and I have never had one this bad. The checkin guy was great! The check out lady never asked how my stay was. Kinda ruined my morning, and what could have been an excellent review.
