This is a basically nice property. The room amenities were nice. I have two complaints. The first complaint is that the bathroom was not particularly clean. There was hair on the floor from a previous guest. My second complaint , which seems to be becoming more and more common, is the see-through, 100 grit toilet paper provided by the hotel in the bathroom. They seem to be supplying the cheapest possible product. Apparently toilet paper is where they've decided to cut costs.

Below average for the money!
I was extremely disappointed with the overall experience. I had a light missing off the bed, broken shower hardware, less than average that's for sure. The disposable packs of silverware with sugar, salt and creamer were clearly reused and sealed because the napkins had writing on them with an ink pen. The creamer was dumped out inside of the bag and no creamer pack in there. Definitely not worth $250.!

The lady at the front desk was helping a gentleman when I arrived. She did not greet me or acknowledge me in any way as I stood there for 5 minutes until she was done with the gentleman. Other than that, this is your average Fairfield chain hotel. There is a Bennigans restaurant (with bar) within walking distance. There was a black woman working the breakfast area in the morning. She was very attentive to the customers and deserves a mention. Breakfast has protein options. I would check other options as well if I were to stay in this area again.

The staff was very helpful and informative. Nice size rooms. Located close to attractions. Quiet and comfortable with a great breakfast buffet. Would recommend this establishment to anyone.
