When we first arrived at the hotel, the lobby looked clean and fantastic. We were greeted by staff and checked in quickly. When we got to our room, our room was 80 degrees, and there was someone else's clothes hung up in our closet. When we went into the bathroom, there was obvious water damage above the shower with holes from the damage over the shower head. There was also rust on the shower curtain bar. I also noticed that there was a floss pick next to our counter that was not ours. It appeared that the room was just thrown together for us without any care or effort. My boyfriend then asked if there was a Bible in the nightstands, as most hotels typically have them, and there was none. We then went to turn the TV on and couldn't find a TV guide for any of the channels. One of the nights, we went down to the pool, which appeared nice and warm, however when we got in, it was chilly, almost like it had been warmed, but not heated. We checked out the fitness room as well, and the TV in there was all static. When we went down for breakfast one of the mornings, I had gotten cereal with milk, and my boyfriend had gotten a cup of hot coffee. I went to take a bite of the cereal and noticed chunky milk on top of the cereal pieces, and my boyfriend found full coffee grounds in his coffee. When checking out, we went up to the desk, and there was no help to be found.

The hotel is dirty. Our room had a potent cigarette smell to it. I had to ask for a different room. There are signs every where that say “breathe free” and “smoke free” yet it stunk terribly. The rooms were dinged up and the whole facility felt sketchy.

Found bed bug in bed they changed our room but didn’t seem to care. The room they changed is too the bathroom and nail clippings around the sink. The firealarm went off and woke us up at 7-7:30 in the morning.

We went there for a very short stay. Even though the property looks new, the interior carpeting was pathetic and the most disgusting experience was the strong stink of weed in the hallways which permeates into the room too. The was was matter of fact kinda demeanor....they were not rude but ...lacked basic courteous services. Never going there again.

The property was in a great location, the price was reasonable, and the indoor pool was the deciding factor for us. When we arrived in the rooms, there was no soap, insufficient towels for 2 people (one bath towel and 2 face towels, no washrags), and the desk chair was broken. There were no hangers in the closet. There was a large brown stain in the tub, which looked disgusting. When we went to the pool, there were no towels in the towel cubby there. The guy at the desk resolved all of these issues for us but the number of issues drove my rating down to 3.The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. The breakfast food was tasty.

The place is ok. I have been in worse. But, I did not like when the desk clerk said my room number out loud. That could make for a dangerous situation. Also, I requested a two queen bed room. They gave us a room with 1 bed. The peep whole in the door is huge. I had to stuff paper into it. Probably would not stay here again.
