Property was loud, people were living in the hotel and leaving trash all around. Everything was broken or on its way to being broken. My car was broken into on property, same two clerks were working and were not attentive at all to any needs or concerns. Wanted to check put early and switch hotels and was refused a refund, so was forced to stay feelingnunsafe for the remainder of my trip.

Very loud

There was a scissor lift parked outside our window for some kind of maintenance purpose. It was very loud and they fired it up at 9am Sunday morning

The price I paid (>$170) was a little steep for what you got. The room was clean but obviously people smoke in them; at least the bathroom. They have rag propping stairwell doors open (how much do stoppers cost). The parking is a little suspect and made to be worse in that they don't even want your plate # (I asked). The floor was warped from the shower. No knowing how close Philly was to the hotel? Thermostat in the room that isn't tied to the unit in the wall - is it just decoration? If you expect a Red Roof Inn off of the NJTP that's way over priced then you'll be fine.

Initially, I thought everything was fine and I am a traveler of 30 weekends a year up and down the East Coast and this is the first time for 14 years of doing this that I come home with bed bug bites. I’ve got them in the usual spots and I have only stayed that hotel and the next day home. I started experiencing the itchiness the next day. The staff was fine. That’s just the weirdest that I’ve had so far in my travels since I’ve never dealt with bites before

As a Marine Vet im very displeased

First day checking in, we were asked for a 250 dollar cash deposit for my service dog. Then we were told to have more proof after presenting ADA approved ID for animal and then was threaten to not be able to stay for the policy only allowed seeingeye dogs.

Very good visit with my son we were able to walk to great food spots and the hotel was clean and staff was nice. I will definitely be spending more weekends with my son there. I recommend the price is fair
