Unprofessional staff at reception, man was property dressed and wide or girlfriend was sitting there in flip flops and shorts, nagging and screaming at him while checking me in, in hindi (cursed him out) in front of me, i wouldn't have stayed there if it wasn't late at night

We were charged twice for a deposit as the guy at the front desk said the first card didn’t go through. We told him both cards got charged and stated he would refund one of them. The next day there was still no refund so we asked the front desk what was going on. They stated they couldn’t find both cards on their records even though we showed them both transactions from the previous night. Also riding the elevator down one floor, I got stuck in the elevator and had to wait for

Horrible disgusting dirty place - don’t stay here

Room was dirty and disgusting. I tried to cancel at arrive but was not able to because I booked thru Expedia. No help from anyone. I arrived late and had no choice but to stay. I had blankets in my car I used to sleep on because sheets were visibly stained. I left in the morning regardless of charging my card for 2 night. Stay away from this place.

My check in was at 3pm, my room was not ready at 730 pm. I then killed time by going to dinner but no one ever answered the front desk when calling repeatedly to see if the room was available. Later that night someone tried to gain access to my room and management was going to let them in because he said it was his room. No one called the room or my cell phone to confirm this person was traveling with me, he just arrived at management at my door. The convenient had key card in hand about to let him access my room all because he said it was his. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL.

No me hospede en este hotel yo andaba con mi esposa y mi hija, lo sucio de este lugar era algo horrible, encontramos pelo de mujer en las camas y las sabanas estaban manchadas de algo muy feo. Nos retiramos inmediatamente y le pedimos a la administración que nos devolviera nuestro dinero y estos en principio no querian devolver mi dinero. Hasta que finalmente luego de un pleito y decirle que llamaria la policía y pondria una demanda. Me dijeron que me lo iban a regresar, hasta el momento aun no lo he recibido. Esto fue una situación de muy mal gusto y mala experiencia.

Checking was fast and efficient. Hot water was hot and lighting from the parking lot was good. I requested non smoking but once I got into my room it smelled like someone spent years smoking in the room. Toilet had low pressure when flushed. When I was ready to sleep, the pillow cases were weathered. When I inspected the pillow beneath the case it was yellowed. I tossed them over to the side to make sure I dont use them. The sheets had a few random hairs that weren’t mine. I slept on top of the blanket with bath towels as blankets and left as soon as I got up.

Please for the love of god don’t stay at this hotel, it is beyond disgusting and a safety hazard. I couldn’t even stay here for one night and needed to leave by the evening. - the walls are literally ripping apart. - The bathroom light flickers on and off, you have to use the bathroom in the dark. - The room service phone does not work, the wire is ripped. - The ceiling is falling apart in the bathroom and bedroom as well. - The fridge has Cheetos strains on it. - The bed has other individuals hair from the previous days. - The ventilation is so bad that you will, and trust me, you will fall sick by the end of the night. - The floors are sticky, you have to walk around with shoes, your socks will become sticky. I could you not, I wish this wasn’t true. I come out the hotel room because I couldn’t breathe in there to call Expedia and request a refund. While I’m walking around the hotel, a man drags a woman back inside their hotel room and yells at her to get back inside and that she can’t come back out. Afterwards he tried to run her over with his truck since this was on the first floor of the hotel. Not even 20 seconds after the man drove off the property, 9 police cars drove on the scene and drawn their guns while I was still outside near them on the phone with the Expedia. PSA, I’m still fighting to get a refund for my stay, and I’m itching everywhere.
