The hotel was lovely. The view of the river was spectacular. However, there was no room service menu in my room on arrival. I called the front desk multiple times and they refused to bring it up. I am pregnant and was dizzy most of the time. They insisted that's the only way i could get the menu. I called the kitchen to see if there would be better luck, they said no I have to come get it. No efforts were made.

I really appreciate the effort the hotel staff provided into making our stay enjoyable. Every question we had was answered fully. The only recommendation I would have is to adjust the hotel dining experience. We were told that breakfast was included, when in fact the dining hall attached to the hotel only gave a discount for hotel guests.
