The Hampton is a clean, well maintained property. The breakfast buffet is typical fare, very nice, friendly staff keep it well-stocked and clean. Room was clean with a comfy bed. Great equipment in workout facility - even had a peloton! Weird that we stayed there 4 nights but never had any housekeeping service. Other guests would just toss trash in hallway, which staff did clean up within a few hours. Front desk is all business, not particularly friendly. Do not recommend buying anything from the little store. For example - $8 for a small bag of popcorn. There are a lot of chain restaurants and big box stores in the area, and it's convenient to freeway.

No one at check in desk and couldn’t get out room after waiting half hour. They didn’t have anyone working the front desk or anywhere in the lobby. We left after waiting a half hour and had to find another hotel to stay in. This is the second time it has happened at a Hampton inn.

Stayed for a dance competition in the area. Hotel is nice, clean and convenient. Opt to stay in a room facing the parking lot. The other side has noise coming from the highway.

My first stay with them the prior weekend was very pleasant. This weekend, there was some kind of group of females staying there. They were running around the hallways after 9pm, were loud early in the morning, and there was not enough food prepared for the breakfast time.

Unapologetic about giving keys to occupied rooms

After waiting over 15 minutes to check in the front desk, clerk was extremely rude and offered no explanation to the delay. Fine we would’ve been OK with that. We just wanted to get to our room as we were traveling into town for a funeral and we’re exhausted. So imagine our utter shock and dismay when we finally got our key and walked into an already occupied room! I don’t know who is more upset me, and my husband were the person who was trying to take a nap in their bed with all their belongings surrounding them. The ironic thing is the same thing happened to my parents when they checked into the hotel the night before and we chalked it up to a fluke. For this to happen to us on a separate reservation a year 12 hours later is not a fluke. It is a blatant irresponsible way of business. The manager was not at all apologetic and try to blame it on it simply being a mixup with the keys. That very well might be the case before it to happen twice on two separate occasions with two separate reservations in less than 12 hours is not a fluke and completely unacceptable. We did not stay at the hotel. We checked out immediately and demanded a refund and went across the street to the Marriott where they were more than accommodating and we felt safe. That was the main thing was that we did not feel safe and did not feel comfortable staying in a hotel with a possibility that someone else could walk into our room at any given time with no warning
