When I entered the room, I stepped on something sticky. The sticky stuff stayed on my tennis shoe a while. The floor had not been swept. Lights didn’t work, light stands had no stand and were leaning against the wall with the couch shoved up against it. The furniture was leaning many different directions. The elevator needed to be vacuumed. There were grown men watching every steps we made in the lobby; they were talking very loud using the “fxxx’ word often. It felt threatening. We checked out within 10 minutes and did not receive a refund even though we only stayed 10 minutes and paid for 3 nights. It was still worth it to leave. Very sad day in the hotel world.

I liked that it was quiet and right off the highway. The rooms were large. It definetly needs updating. For the price it was fine. The bed was clean. The smoking area was outside and the smoke would come through the vent for our heater / air conditioner. We didnt have the breakfast.

The lights didn’t work. there was 1/2 roll of toilet paper, no tissues, glasses or wastebasket in the bathroom. Broken chair at the desk and pain peeling off the walls. Other than that it was awesome!!

There was visible dirt and dust on the floor. My king bed was a full size bed and very hard. The sheets had a lot of lint balls on them. The worst part was the bathroom. The shower was very dirty. It even had a body sponge in it from the previous guest. I didn't use the shower. Sorry to submit this review but when people are on a budget they still deserve quality.

The showerhead fell off. The breakfast is nasty. I was in a non-smoking room that smell like cigarettes towels were stained. It was holes in the wall. It was dirty. The beds are uncomfortable.

Will never stay again!!!!

When we arrived the elevator was out of order, the man at the front desk was of not help and told us to take the stairs as we approach the stairs, there is a man with a joint in his mouth. Another man came and assisted us with our luggage. The room was okay but there was a stench of smoke on the room and the walls. There was some kind of gunk in the bottom of the tub. The next day our room key was unusable since the man don the night before only did it for one night. So the very kind woman at the desk, re keyed the card. It was just one inconvenience after another. We were in town to bury the matriarch of the family and we drove up from the South.

Caution—beware

Caution-Beware- Do Not Stay at this hotel…unless you like the cops to come regularly, rooms not restocked, security doors that do not lock, marijuana smell, caution tape on a room, elevators not in service, people living and cooking in their rooms, smoke detector covered up, and the fire department that is called routinely—waking us up at 1am with no sirens cause they knew it wasn’t an emergency. I never give a terrible review but this one deserves 0 stars!!! Hotels.com cannot get them to answer the phone to confirm our refund.
