Woman at check-in desk was rude. Made it very clear that my 10yr old son and I can’t smoke or vape. Even though room was non smoking, it had a strong smell of smoke so much that clothes smelled next day.

There was a dead roach squashed on the bathroom wall. I told the staff about the situation, and was told that it would be removed that day by the staff. I also told them that the shower nozzle was broken. When I returned from my outing at the end of the day, neither item was remedied.

Gross room in need of repair
The shower area had paint blistering and peeling exposing the drywall underneath and potential mold. Water leaked from somewhere out from underneath the toilet onto the floor. The shower water ran out onto the floor no matter how you positioned the curtain. The room smelled like it had previously been a smoking room.
