Excellent and modern hotel which is very close to the old town. Staff are very friendly (special Adin, Harris and Asim - apologies for the spelling) and helpful. We would strongly recommend this hotel and would love to come back one day.

Heel vriendelijke personeel, een extra bedanker aan Haris receptie medewerker. Hotel is nieuw, kamers zijn schoon, stil, ruim perfecte klimaat. Ontbijt was perfect, ruime keuze. Loopafstand naar mostar brug en de winkels.

Das Personal war super freundlich, sehr offen und zuvorkommend!! Die Atmosphäre war toll man hat sich wohl und sicher gefühlt. Niemand ist in das Zimmer gekommen und alles war top. Die Einrichtung ist auch wunderschön. Wir kommen wieder ☺️

Gemengde gevoelena
Erg mooi hotel Met een heerlijke douche , fijne bedden (wel heel Erg smal) en een lekker ontbijt . Kamera zijn erg klein maar ook erg mooi . Eerste avond gegeten in restuant (mixed grill) was echt heerlijk ! Tweede avond supertaai vlees . (Helaas heb ik niet de moed im te zeggen dat het niet goed is en er werd niets gevraagd) De ene meneer aan de receptie is heel aardig en proffesioneel (bij een probleem ondernam hij direct actie en werd het direct opgelost- hij was er s’avonds) de andere meneer was nog te veel moeite om hallo te zeggen en om Op te staan (na twee keer aan te hebben gegeven dat we een probleem hadden deed hij daar niets aan en negeerde ons) . Personeel restaurant ontzettend aardig . Manager was aanwezig en was ook ontzettend aardig .

Splinternieuw tophotel met perfecte kamers
Splinternieuw tophotel. Ongeveer 4 km van oude centrum en brug. Taxi is spotgoedkoop. Voor 4 euro word je gebracht. Wij hadden de luxe kamer genomen. Dan krijg je 2-kamer appartement (zitkamer en slaapkamer). Alles ziet er tiptop uit. Twee tv’s, perfecte bedden en mooie badkamer. Personeel supervriendelijk en willen alles voor je regelen. Kortom een tophotel die zijn prijs dik waard is
