A real gem!
We’ve just enjoyed a few days at this beautiful hotel, what a find!! Moss is being heavily invested in as an area and as a result we enjoyed a stunning hotel, the spa was incredible, the food was delicious and the staff were really helpful, polite and accommodating to us and our young family. I cannot recommend enough for a few days on a Fijord near Oslo. We’ve stayed in lots of luxury hotels around the world and this one is up there with one of the best. Thank you for such a great time.

Fint hotell med flott utsikt fra forsiden av hotellet. God mat i restauranten. Frokostbuffet ok med litt dårlig logistikk ved mye gjester. På kvelden så var bar området inne/ute åpent til 23/24 og man måtte gå og bestille selv i baren ( kunne ha spandert på seg bordservering på et såpass dyrt hotell hvor vin utvalget var snevert men dyrt) Stilig interiør konsept. Ulovlig å røyke på uteserveringen ( mange som reagerte på dette) Vi bodde i 11 etasje og det luktet kloakk på badet hver dag ( måtte la vannet renne en stund hver dag for å bli kvitt stanken) Fin spa avdeling, men ingen ledige timer en hel helg. Så de bør øke kapasiteten, da vi booket 2 suiter for å nyte behandlinger denne helgen… som da var skuffende at ikke ble noe av.

Fint og behagelig hotell. Hundevennlig noe vi satt stor pris på. Hyggelige folk i resepsjonen. Men service i restaurant/bar er det mye å gå på. Vi hadde drinker ved solsengen (som vi selv måtte hente inne og bestille). Dagen etter lå de tomme glassene fortsatt ved solsengen. En veldig koselig vinbar «oh dear» som ligger rett ved hotellet. Kan anbefales.

Blandet oplevelse. Positivt: Udemærket restaurant. Nyt og pænt Nyt TV med alle muligheder for streaming. Mindre godt: Opkrævet 325 nok for pool som skulle være gratis. Togbane umiddelbart udenfor hotellet. Ekstremt mange mennesker til morgenmad. Kø og der manglede glas m.m.
