The property looks new and clean. Though closer to Highway 1, not much of noise from the traffic. It is located closer to the beach, a walkable distance. Staffs were polite. Morning complimentary breakfast was nice and had a reasonable variety. A word of appreciation on the modern look of the dining room. Few suggestions: There is no bottled water in the room. Need to provide this as complimentary. We didn't know that rooms are cleaned once in 2 days. Need to inform the guest by a note in the room so that it doesn't surprise them.

The hotel was clean and the breakfast was better than most hotels, which was a huge plus, but the pool wasn’t heated and we were really looking forward to swimming after sitting in our car for hours. At least the breakfast made up for it.

Tara at the front desk was very friendly and personable. This Hampton Inn seems like a brand new building. Great morning breakfast! Kid friendly. A close walk or short drive to Morro Bay Rock/beach.

Beautiful facility but a very noisy environment outside your room, from the next room, from above room and above all, if you are near the elevator (extremely noisy) and employees service room (cleaning crew), very noisy and unsensitive to customers. Excellent breakfast and welcoming personnel. I probably got the worst room, next to elevator and cleaning crew area, even I checked in early and made reservations with plenty of time.
