The location is absolutely perfect. From the parking lot you can see Moro Rock . It's only a block away from beachside shops. The staff is very friendly, room was very clean and loved the decor. Will absolutely be staying here again on our next trip to Morro Bay.

Located in a great spot
The location was perfect it was at walking distance to everything. The room was amazing super clean and updated we loved it! The only downfall was that the walls are super thin you can hear “Everything” the check out time is at 11am which we thought was great to sleep in but that was impossible the people upstairs must have left early and all we could hear was the cleaning person moving everything but if you don’t mind noise then it’s a good place

Me and my wife's stay was quite the get away from the Bay Area (Oakland) for a few days .The "Rock" is scenic as well as the presence of seals otter various species of crab at the nearby beach were exciting as well as the beauty of the surrounding coastal area....I believe this place to he better than Monterey because there are less people. But hey thats just our take on Morro Bay!

I’ve had the pleasure of staying at the Blufftop Inn and Suites multiple times over the past couple of months, and each experience has been consistently great. Check-in is always easy, and the overall atmosphere is very pleasant. What really stands out is the cleanliness. The hotel is impeccably maintained, and the rooms are both clean and comfortable, reflecting the effort the team puts into keeping everything in top shape. It’s clear that they take pride in keeping the place spotless. The staff is excellent. Sam at the front desk is always friendly and professional, and Maria, who handles the cleaning most days, is incredibly helpful and welcoming. It’s also nice to see the owners personally involved, ensuring everything runs smoothly. The location is another highlight—just a block away from the ocean, making it super convenient if you want to enjoy the beach or the surrounding area. While there aren’t any amenities like a pool or gym, the fantastic service and overall experience more than make up for it. I’ve chosen to stay here on multiple occasions, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommended!
