I had to wait at the front desk for 5-10 minutes before somebody showed up. The customer service was average. It smelled in the hallway but not the room. It wasn’t clean to my normal hotel standards but was not necessarily dirty. It was fine for just needing a place to sleep but I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Elevator not working. Hotel was dirty and in disrepair. Extremely noisy all night long. Running in the hallways, and banging doors all night long! Some traffic noise as well. Got zero sleep. Only positives were the bathroom was clean and the breakfast was good.

We asked for extra towels as we were only given 2 and we were told they had no towels. No complimentary soap or shampoo, rooms smelled very moldy. Only good thing was that the breakfast in the morning was actually not bad.

Service was nice. I was changed to another room that better fit my needs. It is a little run down. Needs some re decorating. Breakfast was good and pool was nice too. Pet fee is great compared to other hotels.

The staff was great, but the parking lot and entry drive was in very poor condition. The rooms have several maintenance issues (broken drywall, broken tile, dingy paint) that needs to be repaired.

When I was checked in I was asked multiple times if I was alone, then when I got to my room on the first floor and checked my window, it was unlocked with the screen clearly busted out. I asked to switch rooms, which I did get to do, had uncovered outlets behind the bed. Would not recommend for a woman traveling alone!

The guy at check in was very nice and personalable, hot breakfast was good. Towels looked dirty and questionable and there was big blood stain on the matress. Most food in the area closed by 9.

The entire place smelled, mostly of weed but also you could tell there was mold. The tub/shower were in horrible condition. The faucet was coming off the wall. Carpet was disgusting and tore in multiple places. Bed was so uncomfortable I could hardly sleep and then woke up with back pain. I couldn't afford to leave so I was stuck there. I could hear people all night as well. Will never stay here again.
