I like the location to University Towne Center Drive with all the stores and restaurants. Also like the proximity to I79. Safe, quiet and clean place to stay.

The check in was fast and easy, very friendly staff. Condition of hotel was not great, everything looked old. However it was a 2 star hotel and it was exactly as described. Good value for money, breakfast was best part. Worth mentioning the lock on the building that was supposed to be accessed by key card was broken and apparently anyone could come in with no pass. Not great. Also name on hotels,com was quality inn but name on sign states best western. I was confused when i pulled in but quickly figured it out

Friday when I was about to get on the elevator and got mopping the floor went out of his way to make sure the elevator wasn't slippery

It was a decent stay. The housekeepers were very nice. The lady at the front desk (blonde hair) was very nice, dark haired women not so much. The side door to the hotel was key access only yet it always stayed open. I wish they had a washer dryer availability.

This hotel is the worst ever. There was no one at the front desk for close to 10 min so we just left Also I’m not even sure it’s a quality inn. Website says one thing and pictures are something different Worst hotel in America & I have stayed in alot of them.

Front desk staff are extremely friendly, polite, and helpful. Hotel was clean. Pool was nice. As others have said, the hotel is definitely older. The bathroom in our room was extremely small, but clean and functional. Breakfast was good. Not a luxurious property, but definitely worth the money if you are looking for something less expensive and convenient to youth sports and other activities in Morgantown.

The girl who checked us in was awesome. We had an issue with our room smelling like smoke and she apologized and gave us another room immediately. Great service. She answered all questions we asked and never gave us attitude.
