Clean & Close to soccer fields

When we got to the room it was super hot and the temperature was set to 88, we turned on the A/C but it kept resettting to 88. Called the front desk x2 and they said someone would come check it. They didn’t. We went down and talked to the woman working and she said she was the only one and there was no maintenance to assist. She walked me through how to turn on the AC verbally (which I had already done) and it continued to not work. I asked if we could have another room but was told they were fully booked. After pondering our options and deciding that 88* was not tenable over night, we went back to the front desk and spoke with her again. I again asked for another room and she agreed looked again and was able to move us. Once we got into the new room it was lovely and the AC worked well. Unfortunately, it was a lot of asking and hassle when it should have been an easy switch. Otherwise, the hotel is very clean and close to the major soccer complex. It’s much nicer than some of the other hotels around that area.

Excellent stay, for the price and the pet fee, unbeatable. My only ding would be carpet. It was okay but carpet in hotel rooms are just not practical anymore. Surprised too since the decor was modern. Very clean and high quality appearance.

I liked everything about this hotel. I thought the breakfast was better than any I've had at any other hotels that offer a complimentary breakfast. The staff was very accommodating in general but the breakfast staff was particularly nice.

Location near soccer complex, clean, complimentary breakfast, safe area. I sincerely appreciated the desk staff that held onto the Stanley water bottle for me that I had left on the counter when I checked out. One thing that could be improved is the policy with early check-in. There were rooms ready & available when I arrived, but if I wanted to check in early I would have been charged $40-$75 extra. The rooms were ready & weren’t going to be used for anything else so seems ridiculous not to allow customers to put their luggage in the room they were going to be in anyway. Instead, I waited until 3:00 & then stood in a long line waiting to check in.
