Storms, flash-flooding and high winds caused power outage in the area and our event was canceled. Tried to call the property, at the provided number, multiple times within 30 minutes of making the reservation and there was no answer. Maybe the phones were out also. If that was the case, and considering road blockages and debris and flood damage on the way to the property, I should have received a refund for a room that I was unable to stay in.

Everything was good. The staff we're especially kind and professional all around. The biggest issue was the condition of the property. Or room appeared clean but had a terrible smell upon entering the room. We arrived late night so didn't inform staff until morning. They made a note to check the smell.

Stayed on a waterfall/birthday trip it was clean the staff was friendly i ate the complimentary breakfast it was the usual but easy access and was clean the food was fresh and plenty of seating.

We enjoyed our stay. It was comfortable & quiet. We stayed here just for the pool. Which was clean and we were the only ones to use it most of the day.. That was nice. Perfect little getaway right near the lake!

Our stay was very short as we were traveling through, but the hotel room condition was dirty. There was black mold growing in the shower, the handicap shower bar was falling off the wall, there was a thick layer of dirt on top of the light switch and hair dryer, the room doors were heavily wore. The room smelled. The breakfast food was actually decent, but the chairs at the breakfast tables were filthy. There was lemon water in the lobby, but it was not fresh. And the person working the front desk struggled with knowing how to check us in.
