The stay was ok, until we got hit with 60$ parking fee after we had already paid 900 for 3 nights. No chairs in the room to sit, tv was for another room so we were not able to log into it

The staff were kind and accommodating. Taylor was exceptionally gracious. We LOVED the ocean front. The doors to the rooms are extremely heavy, stick and need attention.

Not friendly and condescending staff. No restaurant. Back breaking mattresses. No activities. Pool murky. CHARGES GUESTS FOR PARKING!!! Changing Mind on Return Visit

Room was not ready so we waited outside. The desk was so busy that it took them 30 minutes to get back to us that our room was ready. No worries, we enjoyed the outdoors area. Door to room was hard to open, all the paint caused the door to stick. A used bottle of lotion was on the counter and a large ball of hair was behind the bathroom door. Overall it was a nice quick trip. Tiki bar did run out of liquor and restaurant is not included in cost for guest. $16 pp for breakfast. Parking is also not included. $21.50 per day that they process at checkout. 300 some per night?! For what? We won't be back or recommend.

Premium property I found it to be, substandard bedding for what they're charging also the air conditioner in the room sounded like a diesel engine all night long unable to sleep and I heard all the other surrounding apartments had the same type system takes away from the experience at the beach. Also manager name Andrew was not transparent with Billing Questions, lacking analytical and problem solving skills.

Good - room was clean views were good outdoor chairs and loungers by the pool in good condition. Bad - New $21 parking fee, umbrellas not available, bar not open, restaurant not open. Pool in sad shape. I have been coming here since it was the Ramada and it has had its ups and downs. One thing I always loved about the place was once you got there you did not need to leave as there is a restaurant and bar on site, and you did not need to drag chairs and umbrella from home. Sorry to say this was not the case. The $21 parking fee was the final straw. We wont be going back.

This hotel charges $20+ for parking. The money goes to the corporation...greed, greed. I will never go there again. Plus they advertise umbrellas and have none. The key card system has a lot of problems. I was not the only one.
