I guess because it was off season that the rooms weren't really cleaned. It was hair all over the sheets and in the bathroom. It did smell good throughout the building and the staff was really welcoming. I believe they put us all on one side because all I could hear was the kids running jumping and screaming throughout the night. Beautiful view of the beach and close to just about everything.

Nice hotel with no room service.

The hotel had no room service. We had to get towels and paper products from the front desk. We were not informed until we checked in and by that time it was too late to cancel and find another hotel.

It was very clean. My only issue was with the A/C. The was making a loud noise. But the staff moved to another room. They are great.

The hotel room was clean. Staff was friendly the walk to the beach was 5 min. Perfect weekend getaway. On the last night i did notice there was bikes in one of the common areas. Would of been nice to know.

Great location. Presents well. Staff excellent. Housekeeping could improve. Room looked tidy, but supplies (body wash, shampoo) dispensers empty. WiFi worked some of the time…frustrating. Phones in room did not work…called front desk on my cell. BIGGEST improvement needed are better mattresses. Beds are not comfortable…hard and lumpy. That will be the major reason we will NOT be staying here again.

My stay was amazing! It was pretty large room for family of 3 large dog. No extra pet fee -everything was included in the price. Close to shopping center and near the beach. Very stylish hotel and friendly personal. Hotel provided complimentary to-go breakfast, despite it wasn't included. Really like it and would definitely recommend as a good place to stay! Hope to get back ina summer!
