Hidden Gem

Shannon was so friendly when we checked in and when we saw the room, we decided that we should stay another night and Shannon made our transition smooth (we had to move rooms the next day due to the one we were in being sold out). Both rooms, although slightly different, were amazing! The breakfast service is great and it was delivered to our room right at the exact time we requested (they give a 1 hour window). The room was so impressive and the views were beautiful. 💜 This is by-far the best place we’ve ever stayed and the price was unbelievable!

Our room, which was 606 and the mattress, was horrible, and so were the pillows. I was expecting to have a new soft mattress along with fluffy full pillows. Wrong! Our night was full of tossing and turning. But location is beautiful ,clean, safe and close to alot of amenities.

Nice hotel in downtown Morehead City

Nice, remodeled hotel in downtown Morehead City with spacious room and very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. A nice breakfast was included and delivered to room. Laundry facilities. Only negatives: the only ice machine is on floor 3 and it was not working (I was visiting off-season), and there is a parking fee.

I was unaware that there was construction around the hotel, so you did not have beach access. I also had to leave a day early due to a family emergency and Expedia was told the hotel has a strict refund policy so I would not be refunded. I called the hotel and while the employee was understanding, I never received a call back from the manager. I also was charged $52 extra for something, I am guessing it was regarding checking out early. While the room was like an apartment, I probably wouldn't stay here again.

We would stay here again!

We really enjoyed our one-night stay at Bask Hotel. It was perfectly located for us - in easy walking distance to a number of good restaurants. There was plenty of hot water that did not run out, and the beds were very comfortable.

We stayed in room 511. The refrigerator was so dirty / something had spilled in it. I was so shocked when I opened it and was too tired to call the front desk. We decided not to use the frig (only stayed 1 night). Anyone can access all the floors (it would be great if Bask upgraded their elevator system where you have to have a room key to access the floors in the with their room keys). The breakfast was not good. Only got half what we ordered. They crossed out on the list they give you to order. Receptionist was not very friendly!

Beautiful location, large comfortable lobby, friendly staff. Our room was large and the bed comfortable, but the bathroom definitely needed maintenance. The hot water was spotty, the handle to adjust the water temperature was broken, and the shower was not clean.

Loved this room! The king bed was amazing! Loved the coffee bar too! The shower was huge and plenty of hot water. I would highly recommend and we will stay here again.
