The room was a comfortable size and we had a king sized bed. We opened the door with a fob rather than a key. With the gates to the parking area locked overnight we felt very secure. The bathroom could do with some updating to match the standard of the rest of the room.

Loved the adjustable bed and big tv But in room 20 the Adjustable bed needs to be looked at as we were woken multiple times during the night with the bed going up and down the remote was on the bedside chest the shower was very outdated and was hot and cold very hard to control

A very pleasant man said I had to pay the first night and the second night would be cancelled with no charge but I needed to raise the claim with Wotif . That was an hour on an email chat service. I’ve been charged for full accommodation. Not happy
