Overall good. The horrible part was the check in process. They set me up in a high floor and incredible view but did not tell anyone nor importantly me about the renovations. Right above me they were drilling tile. Yes immediately above my floor. I understand it needs to get done and the front office manager was blaming the ownership but it is still your responsibility to inform the in coming guests, where the noise is happening, not to tell the guests to take a walk on the beach for three hours until they finish especially;;y when I am staying in excess of 10 plus days, and be responsible in getting back with the guests that you so rudely set up in a room with a ton of noise on purpose too. Your management team needs to learn the responsibility of basic communication. Aside from this poor and horrible episode the hotel is great - clean room, friendly staff, incredible and walkable location, supermarket next door to the hotel, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and stove. Stop blaming ownership and should be proud that they are renovating the hotel so you may be successful in the future. Be responsible and pro[early communicate with the guests. You will be surprised how much more appreciative they will be.
