Stayed for one night and would not want to extend beyond that. The hotel is ok but in need of some upgrades. The mattress was far too soft and I sunk into it. Wish it had USB outlets for charging devices. Only has Swiss outlets (and I only have 1 adapter). Guy at reception worked both my check in & check out. Not exactly the most welcoming guy. (Nothing specific struck me other than his personality was just a bit lacking.) Best thing about hotel is its location. Convenient to the train station and the heart of town.

Montreax has been a highlight for us during our trip to Switzerland. And part of it has been our stay in this hotel. I know I’m spelling this wrong but the gentleman whose name is pronounced Chubby was so kind and helpful. We loved our room and all staff members were very kind.

The property is great. Wonderful location and friendly staff. But I recommend booking through the property and not through Expedia. Expedia double booked me and I had to pay. Unfortunately, this is my last experience with Expedia.

Good value in a great location. I had a room overlooking the lake - was quiet enough given the relatively busy street below. Nice little balcony as well. Check-in was easy. Some furnishings were a bit rough around the edges but everything was clean.

The hotel has a perfect location being right on the lakeside. Our room was large, comfortable and clean with a sweet little balcony overlooking the lake. The staff were friendly and helpful. Wevery much enjoyed our stay.

Only there for one night, we were very lucky we had a room with a balcony and when you stepped through the doors you were looking at lake Geneva and the mountains absolutely beautiful. The room itself is very quaint it was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Staff are lovely and extremely helpful with directions and places to go.

Very nice place. We had a lake view with a balcony. Even though it's an old building with radiator heating (no thermostat control, but you can control with the knob). The room was pretty spacious. It was very clean. It's located on a shopping street by the lake, lots of restaurants and shops around. The only thing was laundry service was cash only (CHF15 per small basket). If you need to borrow a charge adaptor the deposit is also cash.
