The hotel is alright, nothing fancy. It's a three star hotel; but is really awful is the breakfast! Stayed 5 days at this hotel and had to eat the exact same breakfast for 5 days. Little cuts of fruits ( same variety). Croissant, croissant ad nauseam. Will not stay at this hotel again.

My stay at the hotel was excellent overall. The room was clean and cozy, providing a warm and comfortable environment. The location of the hotel was incredibly convenient, making it easy to get around. The continental breakfast was delightful, and the staff in charge of it were amazing. The housekeeping staff I encountered during my stay were also very friendly. A special mention goes to Jennifer at the front desk, who was exceptionally friendly and made my check-out process smooth and hassle-free. While the hotel deserves a 5-star rating for its overall quality and service, I’m giving it 4 stars due to an unfortunate experience during check-in. Sami, the staff member who assisted me at that time, was unhelpful and unfriendly, which left a negative impression. Overall, this hotel is a fantastic choice for its cleanliness, amenities, and great staff, but I hope improvements are made in the check-in experience.

Well located hotel close to the old quarter and great dining. Only 30 minutes walk from the Musee des Beaux Arts in the other direction. The family room with the bunks is pretty tight space wise but you’re not in Montreal to hang out in a hotel so it’s great for what it is. Breakfasts were really nice and the hotel was good value.
