This is my third time staying at a Sonder’s property, the feeling is that I’m home away from home. The Maisonneuve did not disappointed the space was perfect the staff were friendly and welcoming and I love the designer’s toiletries

The suite was very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I needed another blanket and additional towels and they provided more than enough, with a smile.The washer and dryer were a big help. The location was perfect, with the metro just a few steps away. Thank you to all!

I loved staying here and will stay every time I come to MTL So convenient , lots of good restaurants within walking distance, close to St Catherine , can’t say enough good things about this place…I was on the 20th floor, it was gorgeous at night sitting out on the balcony .

Modern and Spacious Aparthotel

Well located near metro, in university neighbourhood with lots of students. Nice new modern hotel with spacious living areas. Couch was uncomfortable and dirty though. Dining room table and chairs esthetically pleasing but not functional or comfortable. Shower has no door, so expect a flood in the washroom. Sonders included all bathroom amenities and cleaning products, such as dishwasher and laundry pods, etc. No regular housekeeping included.

We enjoyed staying at Sonder, but a window cleaning guy came in while we were out and spilled water and left the floor soaked and didn’t clean up the mess, so my husband had to clean up on hands and knees. I was upset about it. I know it’s not Sounder’s fault, but it’s not nice the guy didn’t clean up and left the mess.

This is the 3rd time I'm staying in this property everything was amazing its just that this time there are stains in my pillow sheets and mattress cover. I dont know what it is but I would suggest that next time we look thoroughly and see if there are stains. But all in all it was a great stay again.
