This property was amazing, spacious, very clean quiet, perfect for staying. I highly recommend it! very classy neughborhood. Smoothie shop close by that was delicious, lots of restaurants and shops all within walking distance, almost perfect place to stay, we will be back again soon to see if the quality is consistent. Also front desk was very helpful with everything. 8/10 The negatives is that they dont have parking on site, however they do just 1 street away, however I recommend that you remove all visible items from your car because our friends car got broken into in that parking lot. Its not the hotels fault obviously but factor that into your stay, and a reflection of MTL in general. Also the front entrance is not wheelchair accessible.

While the room was decent on the whole, the bedding was like sandpaper - pretty uncomfortable sleeping conditions. Small additions were unavailable- they ran out of coffee jn the morning, there was no milk for coffee and the coffee maker in the room didn't work.
