The check in was slow, bath tub was luxury according to staff. No dresser, tv wasn’t smart tv nor did the controller work or the second controller provided. Pool was freezing hot tub was broke while reason I stayed there. No clean towels at 9am when pool just opened. Toilet in room leaked . No microwave . Just was horrible experience.

It was clean, however, only 3 towels and 2 face clothes for two ladies for multiple days stay. Had to call down for towels the second morning. Was told that I had to come get them because only 1 staff member on premises until 8am. He was very apologetic and charming which was different than the gentleman who checked me in (had a chilly demeanor.)

Disappointing

The hotel and staff are what we expect in this type of hotel nothing out of the ordinary and nothing to demark themselves from other similar hotels, front desk staff didn’t seem to like their job when checking in, no welcome mention or greeting, non chalant, I had to ask where the elevator was he didn’t point out anything or ask if I needed assistance since I have disability and walk with cane … room standard and clean but the biggest issue, hotel should put next to thermostat how to control AC or Heat… it was either too cold or too hot so both night didn’t slept good, as will travel more often to Montreal I will not stay at this hotel anymore

Great room, very clean and modern. Friendly staff at the front desk The downside is that is quite far from the airport and downtown, with no shuttle service available if one factors in the cost of taking a taxi back and forth perhaps the price is not as attractive

Hotel avec des chambres assez ordinaire. Le tapis de la chambre avait des tâches et donnait une bizarre de sensation huileuse sous les pieds lors de la marche. Nous avons été réveillé par le réveil matin, je ne comprends pas qu'en 2025 il y ait encore ce type d'appareil dans les hôtels alors que pratiquement tout le monde ont des cellulaires et il y a un service de réveil avec le front desk. Nous étions de retour de Cuba et système de chauffage et climatisation de notre chambre cubaine était plus silencieux que notre chambre de Montréal. Le lit était confortable et la literie propre. Et enfin je fut reçu avec un beau "Hi". Après tout nous sommes au Québec icitte.

Worst hotel experience

The property was not clean, and there was a strong unpleasant odor coming from the rooms and corridors. The pool was also dirty and poorly maintained. Additionally, the photos shown on the app were outdated and did not accurately reflect the current condition of the property. Overall, the experience did not match what was advertised and certainly did not justify the price I paid.
