Our barmaid/waitress/cook was amazing, we absolutely loved her and she treated us like family! The preparation of food was a little slow but that's not her fault as she only has 1 small oven to work with and she did inform us of this before we ordered which we didn't mind waiting. They did have a major issue with the keycards the day of checkout, none were working on the 5th floor and after several unsuccessful attempts at getting new cards made, they had a cleaning lady stay up on that floor who was able to open our doors for us.

Great location for the area, secured parking, wonderful pool/slide area. Beds were comfortable. There is some noise from the highway however white noise machines provided in the room are an amazing touch. Breakfast was also great. I would stay here again and recommend it.

Property nice but due to perhaps a holiday they likely did not plan. Breakfast they ran out of fruits, food, coffee… door keys did not work. No instructions were provided that the door key was required to get out of the parking lot. Extremely noisy

The dining area is too small for the size of the hotel. During breakfast lines for the 2 operational waffle makers is too long. Not enough sitting area forces guests to overflow towards the lobby and adjacent areas where the chairs are low and the tables are high. During our 4 days stay, housekeeping only tended our room once (we were out all day). Overall, a decent hotel, the kids enjoyed the water slide, but you have to keep asking for towels and other supplies you might run out of, as housekeeping service is basically non-existent.

Was very disappointed with hotel. Had to walk back to my room. Soaking wet as there was no towels. Note this was first thing in the morning 9 ish ,when called the office was advised that towels were in the laundry. Dirty towels from previous day were still there. Also there was no control on number of people in pool area. And no manager on duty at the time to speak to

I stayed with my family for 2 nights and I would like to mention that the flooring in the pool area is not safe for kids when they are wet and running off to be on the slide, my son fell twice and I saw other kids slipping and had a fall just because of the floor in the pool area. The staff in the morning shift was too rude, my husband asked for fresh water and they denied. Also, I left a message for the front desk in the morning to clean the room but when i came back in the eveing the room was still dirty. I had to call them again to get fresh towels atleast.
