Lovely Stay

Great location for shopping and downtown activities, with friendly staff and clean rooms. However, the hotel's insulation is not ideal, as noise from slamming doors and footsteps from above was very noticeable. If you're sensitive to noise, this might not be the best choice. When I brought this up during check-out, the front desk manager offered a late check-out, which, although well-intentioned, was not very practical given I had already checked out.

I love the room I got. For some reason, though I booked a room with a soaking tub on Expedia, upon check in I was sent to a room without one. Staff at front desk were extremely helpful in getting me a different and better, frankly, room than I'd paid for. Exquisite view and room. Will definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, perfect for sightseeing and relaxing. Our room was divine and we were upgraded to a huge 2 person bathtub with a tv, and were given Prosecco for our birthdays. Would definitely stay again.

No air conditioning

The room was beautiful but hard to enjoy as the air conditioning was broken . It was hot and stuffy during our stay and never got below 24/ 75 degrees F. We reported this issue to hotel staff the first night and they told us they would move us to another room. We got all packed up to move rooms then they called and said that the air conditioning was out building-wide so there was no room to move us to. They offered us complimentary breakfast for the inconvenience. Upon check out we asked if they would comp the valet fees but they refused. We chose this hotel room due to the floor to ceiling windows and the large soaking tub but it was too hot to enjoy the tub and we had to keep the blinds drawn in an attempt to keep the heat down so we couldn't enjoy the view. Breakfast was very good but it didn't make up for the lack of AC or customer service. We won't be returning.
