Amazing for the price
For the price we paid ($530~ for two nights) you can't beat it. I would definitely stay here again. The place was clean and check-in was smooth. The staff were friendly. The location was fantastic being right next to amenities and a subway station. The complimentary coffee pods were a nice touch. Only complaint would be the condition and layout of the room. The way the towel bars are installed was annoying, the shower door did not want to stay closed, and some parts of the room could use a paint touch up as they've clearly worn in with guests and clean-ups over time. These small things definitely brought the experience down from being "ultra-premium," but at the price they didn't really matter in my opinion. I also thought the parking was overpriced at $33+tax, especially being above-ground, but luckily there are much cheaper parking garages nearby. Overall, we loved it and would definitely stay again!

Decent hotel and the price was right! My biggest complaint was the washroom in our room. We were two couples staying for one night. The bathroom has a sliding barn style door and there was ZERO sound barrier. If you plan on sharing a room with people other than immediate family (spouse/kids), the bathroom set-up makes for a very uncomfortable/awkward stay. My other complaint was the cost of parking at $32 per night. Parking should be included. Otherwise, location, staff, beds, cleanliness - all good.
