First and foremost, the windows don't open and there is no fresh air. The AC isn't cold enough and there is no way to keep the fan on; it turns on and off annoyingly. No art in the room. Scented air in the room is abrasive to the nose. The room service menu is a QR code. Handle on the toilet falls off in your hand.

We simply love Montreal. The SENS did not disappoint. Comfortable with plenty of room. Their are numerous restaurants within a two to four block area. I would stay there again given the opportunity.

Location was good, close to downtown area. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Only thing I didn't like was the breakfast, ceral was stale, same with the muffins and not alot of options considering the price point. Beyond that everything else was good.

The customer service was excellent! The staff were friendly and accommodating. My only suggestion is to give guests a complimentary tea option in their room, as well as coffee.
