Great hotel in a wonderful location walking distance to Old Montreal and downtown areas. We were disappointed that the heater for the heated pool was broken during our stay but the staff totally made up for it and were outstanding. The parking is hard to find/figure out so hope this is helpful.... You enter the garage on Rue St Hubert. You need to pull up very close to the garage doors for them to automatically open. Within the hotel there are two elevator banks but only one of them will talk you down to the P1 and P2 garage levels. We encountered so many others that like us took the wrong one to level 1 and ended up in no man's land. Other than the parking being confusing it's great with many spots and electric chargers.

Highly recommend Hyatt Centric Montreal! Clean beautiful comfy spacious rooms! Super great view of Old Port Montreal from my room on 7th floor! Staff will incredibly helpful in recommending restaurants for dinner, as well as, sports bar to watch the hockey game and coffee shops. Super great location in walking distance to mostly everything you’d wanna see as a tourist! 5-star quality for sure! I’ll be back!

Wanted to love our stay. Unfortunately very underwhelming. Ceiling looked cracked but covered by the concrete style, but noticeable. Towels were all ripped and raggy. Weird spots in the shower that made it feel not clean. Bathroom counter had coffee spots on it when we arrived. Pillows all overly large and not comfortable. Wouldn’t stay at this Hyatt location again.

Hotel is nice and clean, located about 15 mins walking to Old Town. The staff wasn't very friendly at check-in and also not very helpful with recommendations (almost dismissive). We got free welcome drinks at the rooftop bar (which isn't much of a rooftop bar - very small). The restaurant downstairs has decent food. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Would stay here again but next time maybe opt for a higher floor.

We arrived at the hotel around 10am after disembarking from a cruise ship and fortunately, we were "roomed" immediately. The view from the rooftop lounge and pool is spectacular. We ate at the restaurant off the lobby for two dinners and a breakfast. The food and service were good.

We had a wedding at Espace Gare Viger so this Hotel was just walking distance to the reception. Very convenient, we had a corner room with ceiling to floor windows with beautiful views of old Montreal and the ferris wheel. Very clean, bed was comfortable, I loved the little details of lights that lit up under the bed and the bathroom mirror at night. We parked underground with a small fee. Also we ate at their little restaurant the next morning, it was nice and spacious, good service.
