Property was as expected. Only issue I had was we paid for a “high floor” but the hotel is only on floors 2-7 so it wasn’t exactly worth the upgrade for a “high floor”. Other than that the hotel was great with high ceiling rooms and was well kept and clean with friendly staff.

The picture of the hotel seen on the website and on Hotels.com is deceiving. The enterance to the hotel is like a ramp for the ship. Looks like they forgot to make any enterance to the hotel and in emergency they made a ramp from the road to go to the hotel. For a brand like Hyatt, it has the most weird enterance. The car parking is stupid and also chargeable. This is not Newyork or Toronto ?? In the parking there is one big poster of the hotel, but the parking is huge, you end up going to other buildings, where hardly any one would help to locate the entrance to the hotel. The rooms were clean, but I think I wasted my day at the hotel

My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt. We do a fair amount of traveling and are lucky enough to find hotels with very good accommodations. But this hotel was outstanding. The location was perfect; less than ten minute walk to old Montreal. The room exceeded our expectations; clean, spacious, fabulous bathroom with: smart lights, a spacious shower, great personal and care products and very clean and fully supplied daily. I highly recommend you add on the breakfast, for the money it’s incredible and delicious with lots of variety. We also got two complimentary drink tickets at check in, which we used in the day we spent relaxing at the pool on the rooftop. What a pleasant surprise. Every thing exceeded our expectations. Some would say after reading this review that has to be fake so what would I change. Well I would put the same hock feature found in the room’s entrance in the bathroom so I could hang the Complimentary robes provided in the bathroom while having a shower. And one more thing to make it real. You really don’t need to drive anywhere but if you drive there it would be nice if the cost for parking was reduced to $10 a day for guests. I found parking a bit expensive. But if you didn’t drive that wouldn’t be an issue. At my age, 63 years young, everything is able experience, so thanks for the great experience.

At 8am there were a series of loud noises in the hall - almost sounded like an alarm, but stopped, then restarted. Front Desk said they'd investigate if it was workers, but they never responded. One time, I opened the door to look, saw a house cleaner, who said something in french I didn't understand - but it was clear she'd hear this repetitively before.

Great location in a nice, walkable neighborhood in Old Montreal. Rooms are clean, beds are comfy. The top floor pool is great. with excellent views of the city. Breakfast is really good. It sets the bar quite high for a hotel breakfast.

This hotel is within walking distance of the old port of Montreal which is a great starting point for your tip and on the opposite side a major hub to the subway. The hotel is connected to a historical landmark castle which is great for photos. The staff are very friendly and the rooms are regularly maintained and cleaned everyday. I would stay here again when visiting Montreal.
