Excellent staff and hotel, room comfortable and spacious. Location very good for Gay Village and Rue Saint Catherine, and directly opposite the subway. Only downside was the huge number of homeless and beggars on the streets in the immediate vicinity. I never felt afraid or threatened, but they do actively approach you for money.
