It's very nice hotel and staff are very friendly- just my brother in law was fell down in bathtub on the first day because it's very slippery then I went downstairs to front desk and ask if they have any Advil and one of your staff a young man help with medication and gave a bath mat He is very nice and all 4 of them are excellent customers service

Great value and services. Priced right and they offer many services that we needed. We used the baggage storage service after check out which seemed very secure with their procedures. We also used a crib service for the room for our baby. We had a lot of baggage and people so we ordered a van taxi through the hotel which seemed to offer more reasonable business (felt ripped off by airport taxi going to hotel). The rooms are dated but clean and as long as you are not expecting a renovated or modernized place it was completely fine and fully functional. For the price it had a lot to offer with a full kitchen. The bed mattresses were comfortable with no issues and probably newer. Heating/cooling unit seemed to do fine and was not too noisy. The location was also fairly central to things but also off of the messier part of town. Going up a few blocks the roads were not as nice of an area but the one with the hotel looked a lot better. It doesn’t seem to have retail/businesses on that particular street which probably keeps it nicer. As long as the price stays right and I want to stay downtown I don’t see why I would choose another place.

Great value and location apartment-hotel
The staff was friendly and helpful, the room spacious, the location convenient, and the price very reasonable. It's not your typical hotel, more one of those appartment hotels, so not as many hotel amenities but a kitchenette and living room were nice to have. It's not the newest building but it's fairly well maintained.

“Comfortable and Dog-Friendly Stay
I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel, and it’s more than enough for a comfortable getaway. I stayed in a spacious 2-bedroom suite with my dog, and the layout was very functional and cozy. The full kitchen was a huge plus, and having TVs in the suite made it even more convenient. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, which added to the overall great experience. That said, there are a couple of minor areas that could be improved. The facilities could use some updates, and the decor and finishes feel a bit worn. It’s not a big deal, though, as it didn’t impact my stay much. The only real issue I experienced was with the key card—it sometimes didn’t work well with the elevator, and we got stuck for a moment LOL Overall, if you’re not expecting a brand-new, recently renovated hotel, this place offers a very comfortable and pleasant stay. It is my second time staying here and I’d happily return in the future!

Nice Long Stay
This was my third trip to Montreal but first trip where two of us had to work full-time remotely. We were happy to get a room that was more like a 1-bdrm apartment so we could work from separate rooms. The business center was a nice alternative when I wanted to change things up. The laundry room was a great perk we weren't expecting. The staff were on strike while we were there, I hope things have been resolved and people are getting treated and paid well there.

Stayed here many times. They advertise full kitchen in the suites with all the amenities of home! This time there wasn't a mixing bowl in the suite, when asked, dismissively told we don't do that anymore. There was no bake ware either as previously-didn't bother to ask given first response on mixing bowl. Kitchen otherwise equipped as advertised
