For my surprise we end up in a MICHELIN KEY HOTEL!! This is our 3rd time visiting Montreal and by far this was the best staying!! This hotel could not better for us, first the Architecture!! Amazing buildings!! The inside very contrasting because is modern and sophisticated!! The Brasserie Restaurant and bar also super chic and cozy with huge windows to look outside! Our room was very spacious , super comfortable beds! And Super clean!! Ricardo Ugalde the concierge We would give him 10 stars he even gave us for our anniversary Champagne and a charcuterie board with a note from the Hotel!!

The atmosphere in the hotel is warm and inviting. The room was large and nicely appointed. The concierges, Jonathan and Ricardo, were so helpful in guiding our sightseeing and dining adventures, and even helped us shop for winter boots. We will be back!

Best part of my trip to Montreal
I was upgraded from superior room to junior suite and it was AMAZING. Room was stunning and comfortable. Concierge sent up cookies. Housekeeping kept me supplied with bottled waters and holiday chocolates. Front desk staff was warm and welcoming. Concierge helped with dinner reservations. I would return to Montreal just to stay at this hotel.

We loved every minute of our stay. It’s our second time at Hotel Place d’Armes. The room was huge, fab bed and shower. Could have used more shower gel. The food in the Brasserrie was awesome, especially the breakfasts. Staff are amazing, caring and kind and can’t do enough to ensure you have a wonderful stay. We will return again in the Spring. Montreal is fully festooned and feels magical.
