This has to be one of the worst stays I’ve ever booked. There was no Room service at all. To top it all it appears to be a Dancing pole in the middle of the bathroom. Which is very odd. The place says no smoking but you could smell Pot inside everywhere. Would not recommend if you’re travelling for work.

The DIY check in is terrible , You need to give 24 hrs notice request to have your room cleaned . The EV plug in looks like something out of MadMax .

I will not return to this place.
This is a small building next to motel part. Nothing in the room works! The safe can not be locked, the bathroom door is horribly deformed and can not be closed without creating noise. The shower can not be completely turned off, so you will enjoying your dream with sound of dripping water. We asked the room to be cleaned, only found out no one care! The staff said they have 17 room to clean so ours is ignored intentionally. The location is also bad. We chose this for viewing foliage, then found out no decent restaurant around! In fact google map led us to an area like no-man's zone for the dinner. The only reason I give 1 star instead of 0: at least, they understand English.

When checking in, there was no notice of the location being a motel/hotel with shared parking. Parking became limited later at night. When entering the room, there was a musty smell coming from the air conditioner and bathroom area. The smell ruined the duration of the stay. There was noise throughout the night in the hallways, and in the parking lot. The hotel room phone did not work, and the hotel concierge phone did not work when trying to call or contact. In the morning an hour and a half before check-out time, a maid entered the room without knocking and was asked to leave while we got ready to check-out. Will not be coming back.

Their check on kiosk doesn’t work. After 2 tries of errors, I had to go to front desk girl who was very rude. So not a good start. The hotel room was ok but no elevator or shower curtain.

Room was clean and absolutely beautiful. Check in process was a little weird since the motel and hotel are together, but fairly simple. Cleaning staff barged into the room while we were sleeping, two hours before check out time, but apologized and left once they saw us inside still. Overall very nice place to stay.

My spouse and I stayed two nights at Hotel O in one of the King-sized rooms. The room was interesting and modern in design, though the remote controlling the LED lights around the bed wasn't working. The shower was easily the best feature of the room, as it was huge with 3 different settings and great water pressure. The whirlpool setting on the tub was very loud and after shutting it off, the whirlpool would intermittently start up on its own after several minutes, which was happening while the tub was empty. We eventually noticed a reset button on the wall behind the tub that solved this issue. The only other real complaint about the room is that the walls were very thin, so music and activities in the room beside could be heard well into the early morning. My biggest complaint, and the reason for the lower rating, has to do with the staff. While getting ready in the morning after our first night, one of the housekeeping staff barged into our room while both my spouse and I were undressed. Neither of us heard her knock, so I presume she did not. There was no apology from the staff member. When I informed the front desk staff member about the incident, there was again no apology and she tried to excuse the incident by saying that most people check out by 11. She seemed surprised when I told her we were staying two nights and completely underreacted to the fact we were walked in on while naked, only saying the housekeeper shouldn't have been in our room.
