Beautiful lobby/restaurants in an excellent location. Walking distance to all of the main spots in old Montreal. Room was big and clean with nice amenities and toiletries. Room didn’t otherwise have a cozy or charming feel to it (I didn't have one with the exposed brick wall).

I loved this boutique hotel. Great location in downtown Montreal and staff was wonderful! Large spacious room and bathroom. Would absolutely go back again!

Frayed around the edges

The hotel was under renovation so there were annoying little things here and there - temporary reception area, deconstructed elevator, electricians wandering around. The furniture in our deluxe room was dated and the towels were frayed and made in “Bangladesh” and not the best quality. I really don’t expect this from a top notch hotel. I think they should change soft good suppliers for better quality.
