Beautiful lobby, tile work is amazing everywhere in the building. Depending on where your room is, the highway/freeway is right outside the window. Other than that, everything was great

Called for assistance with tv and was told she would try to find someone to help… an hour later and still no help. Some lights didn’t work and the towel rack was ripped off the wall. Air conditioning was very noisy, as well as the traffic on the highway- literally across the street. Parking was across the street under the highway overpass and there was no crosswalk to hotel.

Parking across the street under the highway with no crosswalk and filthy car after 2 days. Spots on sheets, broken towel bars and hooks, light on bathroom mirror broken, staff had left front electric burner ON in room - very hot and hazardous. Breakfast options minimal and not healthy.

I’m very picky where I stay. This hotel was surprisingly great hotel. It’s a bit dated but they they have maintained it very well. They staff is polite causal I’m totally ok with that. The only issue is the traffic getting there and not a great location. Other than that I was super happy. Oh ya very spacious rooms.

It started bit rocky for the first few days. Due to a mishap with the hotel room. I thought I had reserved a room with a kitchen, when we got there, we saw it didn’t have one. We learned that wasn’t the case to begin with. After talking to the staff at the front desk for the first few days, One of the staff, was so nice, that she made it happen for us. Bigger Room and Bed. Very nice room. Super nice staff and Friendly. For the parking, it was bit challenging. However, once you get used to it, it’s not that bad. I would stay here again. Merci

The air conditioning unit is very noisy. The hotel is located next to a busy freeway and not a great area to walk around. Two areas of the carpet are lifted and not secured down. The room itself was very large.

This place is under a bridge by pass. Breakfast is average and the hotel is renovated but washrooms have no fan and beds are bad. For the low price is ok but would not go again.
