It's a fantastic location on Montreal's Golden Mile. Rooms are clean when you arrive but housecleaning sporadic. Check in is ok but a challenge to get your luggage from room to lobby when checking out. I do not recommend room service, esp breakfast. Plenty of nearby restaurants otherwise. Front desk is very helpful. There is an excellent evening restaurant on premises.

The suite was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated with a modern yet cozy touch. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the views from the window were stunning — a perfect way to wake up each morning. What really stood out was the attention to detail: complimentary amenities, excellent room service, and a team that was attentive and genuinely welcoming. Reasonable stay, good location.

Hotel was decent and well located. Number of elevators was adequate. I liked the fact that there were balconies. Overall decor was not too outdated. However I found the Wi-Fi (at least on my floor) to be weak. I was lucky that I had a good unlimited data plan for my cellular connection. Also, for a junior suite, the TV was too small and not conveniently placed for when one was on the bed. Finally, I am not a fan of 4pm checkin times.
