Stayed there a week. Pros: Prime location. Competitive prices. Professional and attentive staff. Clean rooms and common areas. Heated Roof pool. Laundry room. Restaurants on property. Valet Parking. Cons: Somewhat Dated furniture(didn't bother me at all. All there all functional and in working order). No bathroom fan(there is a vent, but no fan. Mirrors get foggy) You actually have to go to reception to tell them to restock tea/coffee(should be done automatically). If two persons reside in the room why there is only one bathrobe most of the days? Laundry supply machine should be checked and refilled timely. These are very minor things and intended for management for future improvements. Overall, it was a quiet pleasant week. Great many thanks to all reception staff. Special thanks to our housekeeper Elena for going above and beyond to make us happy. Will definitely stay there again and wholeheartedly recommend to everyone

The hotel itself has a very outdated design. No proper room service. The elevators are small. When we were checking out, they didn’t have a bellboy available to help us. Overall, I don’t think I would come back again.

My family and I had a great time staying at Le Cantlie. The staff was so friendly from the start. Everyone was kind and helpful from the valet to the front desk staff! The hotel and room were clean and very nice! My family had such a pleasant experience I would definitely come back here!
