Location is excellent. Rooms are clean and staff is friendly. One thing can change in rooms which is light. Lights are not enough in the rooms. Feels like a bit dark. Rest is really nice and well maintained.

The room is outdated and in desperate need of a renovation. The shower head was filthy and the bathroom fan appeared to have moldy spots in the ceiling. You get what you pay for. I will say that the free breakfast was not bad. The hotel is located in a convenient location if you’re visiting as a tourist.

The room was spacious - we stayed in a standard double queen room. Enjoyed the kitchenette area. The staff was so nice and answered many questions for us. The buffet breakfast was plentiful with good choices of food. The hotel is located in a very central location. Short walk to Old Montreal and Chinatown. We always felt very safe. Would stay here again!

This was a good hotel to stay at, The staff was excellent, very responsive and pleasant.They helped me with everything. My only real complaint was the parking. Very difficult because of posts and small spaces in underground area. But since this is a big city I should have expected this. Close to china town and art center.

We wish we would have earlier instructions about to park on the side of the building to get our parking pass so we could park under the building. We didn’t understand if there would be any parking. Everything else was great about the place especially breakfast.
