I didn’t like it at all. The hotel and our room were very dirty, the sheets had hair and large urine stains. Also, the woman at the reception was very rude.

Chrome is getting rusty!

Arrived at 3 PM, saw sign saying check in was 4 PM, but tried to check in anyway, was told check in was 3:30. They didn't ask my name or bother to check if my room was ready. While I went to park, they asked my wife at about 3:15 if she wanted to check in. Beds were less than 6 feet long. Pillows were solid and thick (too uncomfortable for someone who sleeps with about a centimetre of pillow). Stayed three nights and never had our rooms made up. On the plus side, they didn't replace our towels when we put them in the reuse location and not the tub. We have stayed here a bunch of times before (and the price is great) but maybe not again.

Prime location. Very walkable. Close to metro stations and many attractions. Serves the purpose for someone who's in town for one or two nights and needs a place to sleep. Place is relatively clean but it's overall condition is below par. It's old and needs renovations. You won't find many of the standard amenities you expect in a hotel. Overall experience is average+ I would say.
