Was a great option for us for one night. But if you are planning on staying there and visit Montreal, keep in mind there is always lots of traffic on Samuel De Champlain bridge.

We arrived at 1:30am and a sign was displayed “back in ten minutes” we waited the ten minutes and began ringing the bell for service. There was No response for another ten minutes ringing the bell every few. We began calling the front desk with no response. At about 2am I began ringing the bell loudly and consistently to be greeted by a disheveled clerk who had clearly been sleeping in the back. It took him almost ten more minutes to check us in forgetting that he had not given us room keys and forgetting my last name and using a different name three times to try to check me in. We were finally checked in at about 2:10am. Totally unacceptable.

Hôtel Brossard is a beautiful hotel. The lobby is elegantly appointed. The staff is efficient and friendly. The room was spacious with tall ceilings and beautiful furnishing. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Bathroom was also spacious. It included a wonderful breakfast but there is no restaurant and it’s location made driving to a restaurant and getting back through traffic challenging. It’s really our only disappointment. We were able to walk to a restaurant that was only a 10 minute walk for really good Chinese food and we found a cookie shop next door with to do for cookies! Overall we were very pleased with our stay

We had an amazing stay here at Hotel Brossard. The place is a bit run down and the hallway a bit dark for me but overall it was very nice and cozy. Not too far from the city.
