The rooftop pool is nice. However, it is not nice enough to make up for the shenanigans that the staff put us through. We checked into our room which had both connecting doors unlocked on both sides (with the adjacent room). We asked for them to both be locked, and they were. We went to the pool and when we came back not only were the connecting doors unlocked, but they were wide open! To get these doors locked again it took the staff almost 1.5 hours, which is absurd! I got a very off vibe and demanded a room change. They did accommodate us, but the damage had already been done. I would be weary of staying at this hotel. Safe to say, we will not be coming back.

I loved this hotel. Perfect location. So much in the area attached to the underground city. Restaurant was drli ious. The pool and hot tub was phenomenal. I literrally spent 6 hours in it one night in 1degree celsius weather. The bed and pillows were perfect. First time my husband and i did not suffer from back pain. 10 stars!
