Give a raise or a bonus to the person who took a picture of that room ... because that's not worth 336$. Bathroom and shower is terrible. Staff, in lockout, was terrible and they were all drinking for free at the bar, no food AT ALL avaible. The list can go on an on. So not worth the price. First and last visit.

The house staff were on strike. Therefore the service was not normal. No cleaning the room etc and the restaurant was closed. Felt very strange to walk passed the picketers leaving the hotel. Not what we had expected. Glad we only stayed 2 nights.

Full of surprises, not in a good way
Room was not ready, was asked to wait in lobby. Nobody came by to say that the room was ready. Staff on strike, not told in advance. If I had known I would have booked elsewhere. I was not aware that I was going to be assigned a handicap accessible room. No desk, no clothes closet, not even a hangar for my suit and coat. Staff did what they could, management should have done better especially given the luxury price.

We were badly misled by the management team
When the hotel emailed in advance to welcome us to the property they completely omitted to inform us that there was a strike on at the hotel for the past few weeks and services were severely curtailed. This was unforgiveable and deceptive by the hotel management as we could have cancelled and booked elsewhere had we known services were severely curtailed as a result of the strike PLUS we were obliged to walk past the picket lines everytime we left the hotel. Room cleaning was only available by appointment and was not guaranteed. Restaurant was closed apart from breakfast which was operated by an overworked (but wonderful) management team. The public areas were dirty and the changing room for the pool looked like it hadnt been cleaned in days. Make sure you request a room with outside views as the internal courtyard rooms are very dark and gloomy.
