We really enjoyed the hotel stay, staff were always helpful and accommodating. The only issue we had was that the shower base was very creaky and noisy. Also if you need a very quiet stay I would not recommend the area of the city as there are many loud cars, honking, police and fire trucks. The location is very convenient for going to games at the Bell Center, restaurants and great underground parking.

I like the location of the hotel, it gave me a good walk up to St-Catherine street, to the shopping malls and arcades, the children also received free breakfast. What I didn't like, although it's small, is the missing piece on the shower knob and the bathroom floor was dirty.

Friendly check in. They put us on the 11th floor. Great view. Floor to ceiling windows on two walls. Room was quiet. Beds were extremely comfortable. Direct access to airport via train/bus.

Spent a night at this hotel to attend a concert at the very nearby Bell Center. Funny thing is the concert was not actually at the Bell Center, rather Place Bell which is a 30 minute car ride away in Laval :-) The hotel check in was quick and efficient. If driving, make sure to visit the lovely staff at check in before attempting to enter the parking garage to avoid testing your "reverse driving up a ramp" skills. Room was spacious, clean, quiet and very comfortable and the staff at the restaurant were attentive and friendly. All in all, I would definitely stay here again!
