Night auditor that checked us in was rude from the start. The next morning was lied to by front desk check out lady. Said she couldn’t print a receipt because it was a third party booking. Yet I ran my card on their CC terminal. The staff is rude and will steer my friends and family far away from this place.

- Gave us two rooms on the second floor. I asked many times for at least one room on a different floor because my son was begging to see the airport. The guy said you can see the airport from the 2nd floor but it wasn’t visible. I went back and I didn’t feel any effort. ‘we are fully booked ‘ he said ’. - Beds and pillows were not comfy. - I didn’t like the staff attitude in general. - I didn’t have breakfast and thought it was too pricey without breakfast. - The room was good and clean.
