The hotel is as advertised , you cannot beat the excellent location, it’s just steps to old Montreal and port , right in china town , lots of good food choice close to Metro it’s excellently located. Never once did my family and I feel unsafe . I like the added touch of security to use key card at night to enter hotel. The breakfast is really good , lots of choice eggs , bacons , hashbrowns , cereals , toasts , waffles and being refilled constantly, my family enjoyed it. One thing to mention is that they do a “light” clean this is barely a towel switch that’s it , no garbage emptied and beds barely made , but we were aware of this , one thing is it can be improved . I will say if you ask they will clean a bit better for you. Overall my family and I enjoyed our stay & it was exactly as described and would stay there again .

Close to everything! We walked to old Port and basilica as well as other places. Yes there is a homeless shelter near by but they don’t bother you and not much hotel can do. Hotel does offer a bigger breakfast , simple and doable but usually skipped breakfast and went for lunch/dinner near by. No complaints.

A fabulous location to explore Montréal downtown, Old Montreal, the port of Montreal, museums, China town, hop on the subway for other tourist sites. Just a fabulous buffet breakfast included. Kudos to all the great staff. We parked our rental car in the safe underground lot for 3 days ($30 per day but worth it). Loved our time in Montreal and the Hilton fit the bill perfectly.

This was a solid 3/5. Nothing more, nothing less. The staff were polite but not exceptionally helpful (especially in terms of suggestions, etc). It was very much a “just there to sleep” type of place. The breakfast included was also inconsistent in terms of quality and taste.

Our room was not ready for a half hour after check in time- we also tried a few hours earlier so they knew we were around nearby and waiting- abd had tickets to a show we had to get to. Staff were apologetic about this but still a big issue due to our tight time constraints
