I bring corporate clients there since I live in blainville Begging to clean room everyday what a joke No tea coffee in rooms no cups Is this a hockey arena hotel and you have a nice beautiful hotel and not motel to accept sports clubs which are noisy and run around all the time — this is why you open we send a lot of clients there for the peaceful and respected privacy but you just becoming like days in and the other roast motels

Paid 2 nights, couldn't check in the first night due to personal reasons. Went the second night and they told me they have checked me out and asked me to pay again. They mention some policy which I have yet to see it. There is nothing mentioned on their website. Asked to speak to manager to clarofy or someone who could help me. They told me to call next week Monday and ask for the manager. Ended up paying 2 times because it was late and was really tired from the trip to go elsewhere.

Paid more exclusively to get access to the pool , got there was closed no price ajustements of refund, and was noisy kept us awake half the night, only cold breakfast, water from showers is sticky like if it was filtered hard water , offers interior parking for a fee ! Good side was very clean and nice and modern
